Breach of Contract Lawyer Aurora, CO

Strong contracts play a critical role in making sure your business has access to the goods and services it depends on. They also help define how your company operates, safeguard confidential information, and protect your market position through tools such as non-compete agreements. When the other signatory fails to meet their contractual obligations, it disrupts your business flow and leads to financial loss. In some situations, the issue may stem from unclear or poorly drafted terms and can be resolved through renegotiating the contract so expectations are clear. We offer these services, including negotiating favorable terms for you and reviewing an amended contract on your behalf.

Unfortunately, we’ve found that some contract breaches are intentional; the other party had no intention of fulfilling the terms. We take a hard line in these cases and initiate litigation on your behalf.

Colorado business laws provide a means for parties adversely affected by a breach of contract to recover their losses and other damages. We help your business secure air compensation for losses deriving from the breach, including reputational harm, market share loss, and lost future profits. Our Aurora breach-of-contract lawyer builds a strong case on your behalf by investigating the cause of the breach and evaluating the immediate and long-term impacts on your business. As needed, we collaborate with industry experts to clarify matters and provide expert testimony to bolster your case.

Many contracts contain an arbitration clause for dispute resolution. If this applies in your case, and to the nature of the breach, we represent you in that process. The same evidence and testimony we prepare for a trial can also be used to prove your position to the arbitrator. We explore all avenues to successfully remedy a breach of contract.

Why Our Experience Matters in Breach of Contract Cases

Our Aurora breach of contract lawyer gathers the evidence and testimony needed to clearly show the extent of the losses your business has experienced. If the breach has affected your brand or reduced your market share, we pursue those damages along with your direct financial losses. We are focused on helping you reach a resolution that supports your business, including steps that preserve the business relationship after the breach is resolved.
