Ben Volpe

Ben Volpe is the founding member of Volpe Law — a boutique firm built for business owners, investors, and entrepreneurs who want elite legal support from a team that’s responsive, strategic, and grounded. Volpe Law combines the firepower of a big firm with the personal attention and clarity today’s business leaders deserve.

Ben focuses on complex legal issues with real-world impact: business and commercial litigation, construction defect disputes, real estate conflicts, and contracts that make or break deals. His broad experience lets him see around corners for his clients — often identifying risks they didn’t even know they had.

Today, Ben’s role has evolved. He’s no longer focused on personally handling every case — he’s focused on building something bigger. As the owner of Volpe Law, Ben is scaling a modern, high-performing firm grounded in his core values: candor, diligence, strategy, and relentless client advocacy. He believes clients are best served not by a single attorney, but by a cohesive, well-led team. His mission is to amplify his skills, experience, and values through a growing team of attorneys who believe in doing things the right way.

Before starting Volpe Law, Ben practiced at a prominent insurance defense firm in Denver, handling multi-state construction defect, breach of warranty, and general liability litigation.

Ben holds a J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where he graduated with honors and served as an editor for the Law Review. During law school, he worked across multiple legal environments — from the Department of Justice Civil Frauds Division to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for D.C., to in-house roles and judicial internships. His bachelor’s degree is in criminal justice, and his early legal career was shaped by roles in law enforcement, investigations, compliance, and public service.

Outside of the office, you’re most likely to find Ben waist-deep in a Colorado fly fishing stream, hiking the front range, or camping with his family.

He’s admitted to practice in Colorado state and federal courts.
