Commercial Litigation Lawyer, Greenwood Village, CO
Commercial litigation can take months or even years, so it can be difficult to make important decisions about your business, especially if there are specific court orders that limit your options. Swift resolution is essential. We prepare a strong case, based on evidence, case law, and testimony, that can bring the other side to the negotiating table to resolve the matter. We represent you in these negotiations, but if they fall through, we’re well-prepared to litigate the matter.
As experienced business attorneys, we understand how to properly apply Colorado and federal laws to your situation. Our firm represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex business litigation. From construction delays and mechanics’ lien disputes to enforcing contractual agreements on behalf of our clients, we seek the right outcome for the matter. You may be owed monetary damages due to the actions or negligence of the other party. If so, we properly value your losses, including intangible ones such as damage to your professional or business reputation. We draw on the insight of niche experts and forensic accountants to ensure that your case is properly valued.
Our preparation involves building arguments in favor of your position, plus anticipating tactics the other side may try. Because we advocate as both plaintiffs and defendants’ lawyers, we know well how the opposite side will approach the matter. We’re focused on achieving the outcome you need in your dispute, protecting your business interests, and preserving your financial interest in the matter.
