Commercial Contract Lawyer Greenwood Village, CO
Well-drafted business contracts protect you from revenue loss and unnecessary business disputes. They also reduce your liability and risk of running into legal trouble. From your employment contracts and non-compete agreements to your business lease and vendor agreements, our attorneys are well-versed in the minute details that make a business contract effective and enforceable.
We draft contracts that clearly state each party’s responsibilities and financial obligations, including precise terms for fulfillment, contingencies, and methods for addressing a breach or failure to fulfill. We know the law well and ensure that each contract we draft is compliant with state and federal laws.
Our meticulous attention to detail doesn’t sit well with creating the agreements. We review every contract you’re presented with before you sign to make sure that it reflects your best business interests and doesn’t conflict with your business goals. If we believe the terms are unfavorable or unclear, we negotiate better terms on your behalf.
As your Greenwood Village commercial contract lawyer, we take care of all your contractual needs. We know what common terms are for your industry, and ensure that what is being asked of you isn’t outside the norm. We also review each contract to ensure that it’s not asking for anything that violates state or federal laws. Before entering into negotiations, we learn what you need to get out of the contract, what you want to achieve with this business relationship, and your rock-bottom, “walk away” terms. Each step we take, therefore, is made with that information in mind.
