Business Partnership Dispute Lawyer Greenwood Village, CO

Disagreements between business partners can cut deeply. Many of our clients had established, friendly relationships with their business partners before the dispute happened, and these warm feelings toward their business partners can influence their decision-making. What’s good for your personal relationship with your partner may not be what’s best for your business. Without practical, pragmatic legal advice, your business could end up shuttering.

Our Greenwood Village business partnership dispute lawyer focuses on what’s best for your investment, your business, and your interests. This may be quite different from your business partner’s goals, and while we strive for a workable compromise, the advice we give is focused on what’s best for you, not your partner. If there are concerns of overstepping, mismanagement, or a disagreement on the direction the business should go, we help you build a strong case for your position and propose a compromise.

Some business disputes are more complicated, involving mismanagement of business funds, discrepancies in financial reporting, or comingling personal funds with business assets. Our firm often utilizes the services of forensic accountants to help unravel complex financial issues and advise on potential misappropriation of funds that may concern you. Breach of fiduciary duty is a serious matter, and left unaddressed, it may leave you exposed to legal trouble. If possible, we separate you from any legal problems, preserving your investment and protecting you from the consequences of your business partner’s decisions.

As your attorney, we may advocate for a specific dispute resolution strategy, including mediation, arbitration (if required by your partnership agreement or contract), or initiating a claim in civil court. We create a strong case for your position, employing the most effective strategy to achieve a favorable outcome.

Why Legal Experience Matters for Business Partnership Disputes

Our comprehensive business advice starts with developing effective partnership agreements, workable contracts to keep your enterprise running smoothly. Our focus is on your business profitability and legal interests.
