Commercial Contract Lawyer Castle Rock, CO
A bad contract is often worse than no contract at all. Vague terms, a lack of a clause for redress of grievances, or one missing one or more of the legal elements for a valid contract can leave you in a financial and legal bind if the contract needs to be enforced. Some contracts lack specific details about how fulfillment looks for each party, leaving plenty of room for interpretation (and disputes). If you’re concerned about gaps in your current contracts, if you’re engaged in a contract dispute due to unclear terms, we can help you.
Our Castle Rock commercial contract lawyer can negotiate a fair resolution to a contract dispute and then renegotiate the contract to tighten its terms and prevent the recurrence of the issue. We address each party’s obligations and outline them in clear, specific terms, review the proposed compensation for each party, and, if a dispute resolution clause is not currently in the disputed contract, add one in, with specific requirements for each party.
We believe that the best way to win a contract dispute is to avoid one in the first place. Our attorneys review your current contracts, redraft and renegotiate if necessary, and create your new contracts in such a manner as to prevent disputes and help advance your business interests.
