If we cannot reach a settlement for the matter outside of court, we’re prepared to initiate litigation to secure a fair outcome.

We possess in-depth knowledge of the construction industry in Colorado and understand the unique challenges that your business faces. Our firm represents stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers, as well as property owners and developers. Our strategies are client-focused; we partner with you to help you achieve your business goals and objectives. Construction defects can impact your business viability. As an investor, you stand to lose a significant amount of money if defects are rampant. You may be entitled to damages from the at-fault party, and we can help you secure them. If you’re a contractor who is facing legal action and allegations of a construction defect, your business could suffer, especially if it’s not your fault. We can also help in these situations, protecting your business reputation and finances with expert advice on reputation management and legal insight.
Why Experience Matters For Construction Defect Litigation
If you’re dealing with construction defects that compromise the integrity of a project, these must be addressed immediately for the safety of any visitors to the property or those who will use the completed structure. We can help identify the at-fault party and take appropriate action to rectify it. Or, if you’re defending yourself against allegations of a construction defect, our Colorado commercial construction defect lawyer can take appropriate legal action to protect your business reputation and assets.
