As non-professional landlords, my wife and I have often found ourselves in situations where we needed guidance in navigating tenant issues, especially given the rapid pace of new, tenant-friendly legislation in Colorado.  Realizing the financial risks of going it alone were no longer tenable, we began the hunt for an attorney with real estate expertise, and a willingness to work with a smaller client. We first contacted Ben Volpe in 2023 to assist us with tenant demands related to perceived mold issues at an older rental property. Need an NFA trust, look no further than Volpe Law LL, specifically Michael Glamann in Parker, CO. Few things to note: understand NFA law, local state law, support 2A, and own NFA - all check. There are cheap NFA trusts to be had online, but these are boiler plate, not specific to your state, family situation, beneficiaries and get answers to general questions most will have.
