Katherine is a law clerk for the firm, specializing in litigation support. Katherine is sitting for the Colorado Bar Exam in July 2023 and anticipates licensure as an attorney in early November 2023. Her involvement at Volpe Law includes working on the variety of civil litigation matters being handled by the firm.
While attending law school, Katherine focused on personal injury, trademark, tort, and civil litigation. She also received awards and honors from her school's moot court and trial competitions, and was proud to serve as Secretary for the founding chapter of Wake Forest Law's Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. Katherine is well-versed in injury and litigation involving insurance companies.
Katherine holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from The College of William and Mary and will have a Juris Doctor Degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in May 2023.
Katherine holds a second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, plays several musical instruments, and enjoys rowing, soccer, painting, and literature. In her free time, she explores the mountains of Colorado with her beagle-foxhound mix, Cricket.
