

John is one of the law clerks for the Firm. John is sitting for the Colorado Bar Exam in July 2023 and anticipates licensure as an attorney in early November 2023. His involvement at Volpe Law includes working on the variety of civil litigation matters being handled by the firm.
While attending law school, John largely focused on business transactional work. During law school, he was fortunate enough to have interned for an international tech company, the Colorado Supreme Court, and for the Denver County District Court.
His time in law school also allowed him to serve as a Student Attorney in the Technology Law and Policy Clinic. His work there largely involved advocating for the rights of the disability community through communications and correspondence with the Federal Trade Commission, as well as filing an amicus brief in support of expanding rights for the disability community in a federal circuit case.
John holds a Bachelor's Degree from the Metropolitan State University of Denver in Economics, with a minor in Accounting, and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Colorado Law School. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his dog, playing the drums, and golfing.
John is fluent in Korean.
